We started off the month with the Kentucky Derby, where Gary came in second on Firing Line.

Lots of fun working around the farm and planting in the beds:

With the nicer weather, we've quite enjoyed our time after dinner walking around the property

The chickens are laying again, and one has gone broody

Our first successful strawberry crop (thanks to Amber & Waldo for the plants last year and this year)

One day I'll have garden gates with cannonball weights, like this one at UVA (you also see these in Colonial Williamsburg)

Spring is starting to shift towards summer
